ABOUT RAJASTHAN QUEENS

More Than a Team. It’s a Movement.

Rajasthan Queens is a women’s volleyball initiative built with a clear vision — to create a stronger, more visible and more empowering platform for women in volleyball across Rajasthan and India.

We believe volleyball is more than a sport. It is a platform where discipline creates character, teamwork creates leaders, and opportunity creates champions.

Rajasthan Queens is committed to bringing together talented athletes, professional coaching, competitive opportunities and a culture of excellence — helping women players develop their skills, confidence and ambition both on and off the court.

Our journey is rooted in Rajasthan’s pride, strength and spirit, while our ambition reaches far beyond the state.

Mission

Our mission is to contribute to the growth of women’s volleyball by creating meaningful opportunities for athletes to train, compete, learn and excel.

Through structured development, professional guidance, competitive tournaments and community engagement, Rajasthan Queens aims to create a pathway where aspiring players can move from grassroots potential towards higher levels of competition.

We want every young woman who steps onto the court to believe:

“I belong here. I can compete. I can lead. I can win.”

Vision

We envision Rajasthan Queens becoming a powerful identity in women’s volleyball — representing excellence, professionalism, courage and Rajasthan’s sporting spirit.

Our vision is to build an ecosystem where talented women athletes have access to opportunities that can help them pursue volleyball seriously and aspire to compete at state, national and professional levels.

We are not only building teams.
• We are building confidence.
• We are building opportunities.
• We are building future champions.
• Empowering Women Through Volleyball

At the heart of Rajasthan Queens is a simple belief:

“When women get the opportunity to play, they get the opportunity to grow.”

Volleyball teaches communication, discipline, resilience, leadership and teamwork. Rajasthan Queens aims to use these values to empower women athletes and inspire the next generation to dream bigger. From young aspiring players to competitive athletes, we want to create an environment where every player can discover her potential and become stronger - as an athlete and as an individual.

From Rajasthan to the National Stage

Rajasthan has a rich sporting culture and immense talent. Rajasthan Queens aims to provide that talent with a platform to be seen, developed and celebrated.

Our ambition is to connect grassroots volleyball, player development, competitive tournaments and professional opportunities, creating a stronger pathway for women athletes.

The ultimate goal is simple:

  • More players.
  • More opportunities.
  • More competition.
  • More champions.

The Queens Are Rising

Rajasthan Queens represents the spirit of women who refuse to stay on the sidelines.
